The Beverage Extraction & Enjoyment Review Society (B.E.E.R.S.) gathers each Wednesday to explore the pubs & bars of Collingwood and surrounding areas in Melbourne. With a convoluted scoring system and a completely arbitrary final rating, in-depth discussion is a must and each week sees the society visit a new venue in search of our city's finest drinking establishments. From traditional favourites to little known obscurities, all types will go under scrutiny for the betterment of local knowledge.

Vice-President: Mr Michael Louis-Gleeson
Junior Vice-Presidents: Ms Ivanka Buczma and Ms Georgina Keily
Notable Members: Richo, Jos, Ned, Mike, Jaffa, Paige, Fae
Headquarters: Wellington Manor
Night of the Week: Probably not a Monday (usually Wednesday)
Rules:
1. Start at the headquarters and travel in a direction until a suitable venue has been located.
2. Minimal research of venues if possible.
3. Unanimous Co-Presidential agreement to suitability of venue before entry.
4. Beer or Cider only*
*unless at a cocktail bar, wine bar or similiar establishment
*legitimate medical exceptions may apply
5. "Cheers B.E.E.R.S." is the official welcoming proclamation.
6. One full beverage must be consumed before the commencement of proceedings.
